Throughout India, there are millions of diseased, injured, and abandoned cows roaming helplessly with a yearning for care and compassion. At Shri Raghav Gaudham, we have decided to be the voice and shelter for these tender creatures.

Cows are not merely animals; they are nurturers that give us life-sustaining resources such as milk and natural fertilizers, which make our land so rich. Many of them end up suffering from neglect, disease, or abandonment. We strive at our Gaushala to give them love, care, and the dignity they deserve. Starting from giving them medical treatment to providing nourishing food and a safe environment, we make sure these cows can live with health and peace.

Shri Raghav Govardhan Gaushala Samiti is a place that symbolizes compassion and devotion towards the care and service of cows. This noble institution was based in 2012, founded on an idea with a view to redressing the sad state of the cows with proper care and welfare. A Visionary Beginning The Samiti was but a humble ashram, which through the indefatigable efforts of Shri Raghav Ji, turned into a sanctuary for more than 1,000 cows, having started with 21 handicapped, injured, and diseased cows.
