 As the cold season approaches, many of the cows at Shri Raghav Govardhan Gaushala Samiti — often rescued from starvation, abandonment, or poor health — risk suffering from the biting cold. At our Gaushala, we shelter hundreds (sometimes thousands) of such cows, ensuring they get food, medical care and refuge.  But beyond food and medicine, warmth is a basic need — especially in chilly winters, when older, injured or weak cows find it hard to survive the cold nights.
